Our emblem carries with it a profound history and deep significance, originating from the valorous acts of the 2nd Platoon, 3rd Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment during pivotal combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. This distinctive patch draws its essence from the storied annals of Bravo Company, a unit synonymous with undertaking some of the most critical and challenging missions in the history of the 3rd Ranger Battalion. These missions span from the intense encounters in Mogadishu, memorialized in "Black Hawk Down," to the strategic significance of Haditha Dam, the fierce urban warfare in Ramadi, and beyond.
Bravo Company's legacy is marked by extraordinary bravery and sacrifice, having been at the forefront of formidable battles and having paid a heavy price with the loss of many valiant Rangers. In the wake of personal loss and injury, Joe Metzger was inspired to honor the memory of his fallen comrades and the indomitable spirit of Bravo Company. The transformation of the original patch into a symbol featuring an Voodoo aviator, equipped with a headset and a pirate dagger, serves as a perpetual tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. It's a reminder of the past and present heroes who have given the ultimate sacrifice. embodying the resilience and unwavering spirit of the Rangers. Meet the Team
Joe Metzger
Owner, Pilot, and Skydive Instructor. Joe Metzger started his career in B Co 3rd Ranger Battalion 75th Ranger regiment, both as an infantryman and K9 handler. He had five combat deployments with the regiment and received a Purple Heart. He later worked PSD for the US State Department and was the K9 handler for the Ambassador to Afghanistan. Stateside he has worked in anti-human trafficking operations, as a skydive AFF (advanced free fall instructor) / tandem instructor, and commercial helicopter pilot / CFI-I (certified flight instructor - instrument).
Spencer Orgel
Enlisted in the Florida Army National Guard in 2013 as a Combat Medic, deployed to the Horn of Africa in 2016 and activated twice for Hurricane responses in 2017 and 2018. After working in mortgage for a few years in 2019 Spencer started flying Helicopters to change career fields. Spencer currently holds a Commercial Helicopter Pilots License and Commercial Drivers License.
